Ways to Pay Your Utility Bill

Pay Now
- Online - FREE with ACH - Pay your utility bill online for FREE with ACH. Create a new account or log in to an existing account. Once you are logged in, add your utility account and click the "View & Pay Bills" tab to make a payment. A service fee is applicable for debit/credit card payments.
- DigiTally - FREE with ACH - Another smartphone app that allows you to pay your bill right from your phone. Simply download this App and select "Pay My Utility Bill."
- Text Message - FREE with ACH - Sign up for Pay by Text to receive text notifications that a new bill is available. Pay your bill instantly from the text message if you have a stored payment method on file.
- Online by address lookup - Free with ACH - If you prefer to pay your bill without logging in, you can do so by entering the address and last four of your social security number (or FEI) and paying the current balance due.
- Online by account number lookup - Free with ACH - If you prefer to pay your bill without logging in, you can do so by entering the account number and paying the current balance due.
- In person - There are three ways you can make payments in person. At the walk-in center, at a drop box or at any authorized payment location. Hours of operation are listed for each location.
- Phone - Pay your utility bill over the phone using our third-party payment processor, Invoice Cloud. A service fee is applicable by this vendor for these transactions.
- Mail - Send your payment in through the mail. Still a popular choice.
Enroll For Future Payments
- Email (SmartBill) - FREE with ACH - The electronic SmartBill has a no-fee electronic payment option that allows you to schedule and pay your utility bill by clicking the "View Invoice or Pay Now" button in the body of your emailed SmartBill.
- Auto Pay Program - FREE with ACH - This option withdraws the amount due on your utility bill directly from your checking account each month.
