Auto Pay Program
Update for existing Auto Pay Program participants: Starting in late January 2023, Auto Pay drafts will occur on the statement due date. There is no action required by you. Draft dates will continue to be communicated on your monthly utility statement, and you will continue to receive payment reminder notifications three days prior to your monthly payment being drafted. Our customer service representatives are happy to answer questions you may have about this change and can be reached at 850-891-2800.
Signing up for Auto Pay is easy, and you will incur no additional fee when paying with a checking account!
If you would like to sign up for Auto Pay, visit Talgov.com/YOU, create a new account or sign into your existing account, add a default payment method, and click the "Auto Pay" tab.
Each month, an email reminder will be sent three days prior to the draft. In addition, a payment receipt will be sent when the payment is drafted. While credit and debit cards may be used for Auto Pay, payment amounts are limited to $500 or less and there is a fee of $4.75. For this reason, if your monthly bill exceeds $500, we encourage you to use ACH (checking account transfer) as your default payment method. No matter the amount of your bill, there is never an additional fee when using the ACH option to pay.
After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to confirm your enrollment. Past due balances will not be drafted and can be paid through the View and Pay Bills tab before or after signing up for Auto Pay.
