The Local Planning Agency (LPA) shall monitor and oversee the effectiveness and status of the comprehensive plan and recommend to the City and County commissions such changes in the comprehensive plan as may be required from time to time, including preparation of such notification to the state land planning agency as is required by Section 163.3191, Florida Statutes.
