Education and Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent recognized certificate
• Four years of staff, administrative or professional experience in credit/collections, utility billing, account systems or customer service
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• 30 words per minute typing

Flexibility:

• Handle 100+ contacts per day
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Exercise good, sound judgment in decision making
• Commit to six weeks of training
• Work flexible hours
