Meeka is sleek, petite, and incredibly smart. This 40 lb lab(ish), greyhound(ish) mix came to the shelter as a stray and was a bit unsure of just about everything. She slowly warmed up to us and we learned that she LOVES people (although she's a little awkward with dogs and should not go to a home with cats) once she's comfortable with you. She's just returned from a foster home where she learned all about snuggles on the sofa and picked up new tricks like "sit" "paw" and "down" . At just a year old, she shows incredible promise.
