Welcome to DigiTally, the City of Tallahassee's non-emergency customer gateway to a host of City services. With customer service in mind, this app was created so residents could easily report issues such as graffiti, broken street lights and pot holes just to name a few. Issues can be reported by simply submitting a Citizen Work Request that is sent directly to City staff for resolution. Submitting a Citizen Work Request can be done via the DigiTally app or by proceeding to the non-mobile version of DigiTally.
Be it a road project or commission meeting, the City strives to keep citizens informed and involved. Other exciting features built into this this app include direct connections to information about popular City services. DigiTally provides easy access to check your yard waste pick-up day, find a park, view the photo gallery of adoptable pets, stay up-to-date on City news and events, pay your utility bill and more. You can even share why you love Tallahassee with a comment or even better, a photograph!
This service is NOT FOR EMERGENCIES and is monitored ONLY during normal business hours; therefore, any submissions during nights, weekends or holidays will not be seen until the next business day.
