TPD Investigates Homicide In The 200 Block Of Ridge Road
The Tallahassee Police Department has arrested Timothy Floyd for the murder of Johnathan Spooner. After reviewing the victim’s financial and cellular records as well as interviewing known associates and co-workers, investigators were able to piece together his movements over the days preceding his death. After evidence led to the suspect’s residence, investigators were able to obtain a search warrant for the property.
During the service of the search warrant, further evidence was obtained that led to the suspect’s arrest.

- Fraudulent Use of Credit Card pursuant to Florida Statute 817.61

TPD Investigates Homicide In The 200 Block Of Ridge Road
With permission from the family, the deceased has been identified as Johnathan Spooner, age 28.
Investigators, along with the family, are asking anyone who saw Johnathan or his silver 2008 Nissan Rogue in the last week to please call TPD at 850-891-4200 or Crime Stoppers at 850-574-TIPS.

The Tallahassee Police Department is currently investigating a Homicide in the 200 block of Ridge Road. At approximately 9:40am, officers responded to an alarm call and discovered the deceased in the front yard of a residence.
Investigators are on scene and following up on all possible leads, including any possible link between the death and the original alarm call.
