Please remember that:

  • Construction and demolition debris cannot be mixed with garbage, trash or recyclables.
  • If you hire a contractor to do construction or demolition projects for you, make it their responsibility to dispose of construction/demolition debris properly. Make sure their price quote includes costs for transporting and disposing of C&D debris.
  • Construction and demolition debris that is placed in large roll-off containers (that are similar to dumpsters) is collected by the City as part of its commercial solid waste services. Contractors are usually the ones to use roll-off containers for C&D disposal.
