Your Own Utilities is excited to offer this service to Property Owners, Management Companies and Property Managers in our service area. From this site, you will be able to look up your property information and confirm the utilities in your rental units have been transferred to your tenant's name.
To use this service, the only requirements are that you have 10 or more units and that the Property Owner's/Management's utility account(s) be in good standing.
Submit a request for a User ID and Password.
There are two different ways to look up information:

Enter your ID, password, and Account name to access information. |
| Property Address |
Enter your ID, password, and Property Address with ZIP code. You have the option at looking at "Reverted" properties or "all properties" account types. |
