e+ Online Login Frequently Asked Questions
- I don’t remember my password.
To create a new password, you will need to click on the “forgot password” button located underneath where you would normally place your password. A new temporary password will be sent to you to sign in to e+ online.
- I don’t know my utility account number.
Your utility account number is located at the top of your utility bill. If you do not have a copy, call 850.891.4YOU (4968) for assistance.
- I received an error message that said my “email address does not exist or has been deactivated.”
The email address being entered has not yet been registered on Talgov.com/e+ online. You will need to click on the “Sign up now” button located on the e+ online home page to register your email address.
- I want to change my password.
You must first sign in to e+ online. Once signed in, your name will be highlighted next to the word, “Welcome” at the top right corner of the webpage. Click on your name to be re-directed your account information page where you can change your password.
- e+ online does not seem to be working on my smartphone/tablet/computer, etc.
Our technical team is constantly making improvements and modifications to ensure that devices are compatible with e+ online. Technology updates occur every day for many devices, and it may take a few days for the e+ online site to catch up to the ever-changing technology of new devices. We appreciate your patience as we make continued enhancements.
