Thwarted Burglary Attempt Makes Suspects Less "Mobile"

In the early morning hours, officers with the Tallahassee Police Department were conducting a proactive patrol at 2525 South Monroe Street due to recent commercial burglaries in the area. One (1) adult and two (2) juveniles were located behind the closed businesses, which lead to them being detained to determine their intentions.
After initially speaking with the three (3) suspects, investigators with the Burglary Unit were called in to conduct more in-depth interviews and examine evidence. Probable cause was developed by the burglary investigators to charge the two juveniles with a burglary which occurred on August 8, 2017 at 3:16 am at 2530 South Monroe, Boost Mobile by Ann's Communications. The adult male was charged with loitering and prowling.
