There are two ways to access account information.

The first method is to enter the last name, street and ZIP code (5 or 9 digits) to locate the account All fields in red are required. Under street name, you do not need to enter street numbers, apartment numbers or address suffixes such as Street or Drive. Simply enter the name of the street, such as MONROE or TENNESSEE. Also, make sure the ZIP code you provide corresponds to given street name.

If you are entering a street name and ZIP code, a list is returned of all the accounts which match the given criteria. Examine this listing to find the specific entry desired and click on "Account information" on the left-hand side. A summary report will be displayed, showing due dates, balance data, meter reading dates and waste pickup schedules, if available. There are also other links provided, (1) which will initiate a utility program request via electronic mail or (2) produce a graph of services for the past twelve months, showing service consumption and bill amounts by service type, i.e. electric, gas or water.

The second method is to enter your utility account number (no dashes or spaces, please). Your account lookup will be faster if you enter your account number and you will have access to additional information about your account.

When you use an account number to lookup your account, balance information is broken out into current and past due amounts, instead of simply showing the total balance, and you will be able view the payments made within the past three months.
