Junior High Performance Program Offered by City of Tallahassee
The City of Tallahassee's tennis division will be offering a new format for their High Performance program this fall. The sessions will be geared toward players with sectional USTA rankings and players that are 1 or 2 on their high school team.
The USPTA teaching team of Glen Howe, Steve LeRoy, Lenin Mongerie, and Hassan Marius will work with the program throughout the school year. Glen is the only Master professional and USTA High Performance coach in the area. The program is also endorsed by the USTA as an Area Training Center (ATC).
The program will encompass drilling, strength training, game play, focus training, and tournaments. In addition, Dartfish Technology will be used to video the strokes and play of the juniors. Additional tennis play enhancers such as charting, parent boosters, and tennis tournament trips will be offered to round out the program. For additional information and tryout, contact any of the above professionals or email Glen Howe.
