Field Reservation Process
The following information is supplied to tournament organizers, groups and non-city leagues in an effort to better understand the field reservation process. If you have any additional questions, please contact Janet Riva at 891-3835.
- Submit a written request to Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Affairs Department via fax or email
- A Facility Use Application will be forwarded to you (or you can download the application from this site (PDF))
- Complete, sign and return the application
- Once use has been approved, a $100.00 deposit will be collected to secure the field or complex
- If applicable an insurance certificate will be collected prior to use, naming the City of Tallahassee as additional insured
- Prior to use you will be provided a reserved sign to have on hand at the field or complex
- At the conclusion of use, you will be invoiced, and the $100.00 deposit will be deducted if the field or complex was left in the same condition in which it was found
