REMINDER!

Please take a look at the paycheck you will receive on January 4, 2013.
This paycheck will reflect your new 2013 insurance benefit premiums.

Please keep in mind that any benefits you enrolled for that require approval from the insurance company underwriters, may not appear on your paycheck. This means that until the City receives an approval from the insurance company, no new premium deductions will be withheld.

If you have received a letter from the insurance company stating that you were denied coverage, the City will not adjust or begin any new deductions for that plan.
You will keep the benefit you have from the previous year, if any.
