VelocityHall Permit User Registration and Declaration
Below are the forms required for you to become a registered user of the City of Tallahassee, Growth Management, On-Line permitting system known as "VelocityHall". We are excited about the introduction of this site to our customers and look forward to working with you.
The "User Declaration" (PDF) is a component of legal issues evolved around the use of VelocityHall. This form should be down loaded by you, the user. The license qualifier will need to sign this form and have their signature notarized. An original User Declaration is required to be on file with the City of Tallahassee, Building Inspection Division.
The User Registration form must be completed and submitted electronically to the Building Inspection Division. The email address should be the address in which the user will be using for VelocityHall Online permitting. The business name should be the name of the business as it is listed on the qualifiers, State of Florida license. After completing the form click on the submit bottom at the bottom of the page.
