City Hall Parking

City Hall is located at 300 South Adams Street (corner of Adams Street and Pensacola Street).

In addition to the metered street parking in downtown Tallahassee, the public is welcome to park in the Kleman Plaza Parking Garage, which is located at 306 Duval Street - directly behind City Hall. It has one entrance on Duval Street directly behind City Hall and another entrance on Bronough Street between College Avenue and Pensacola Street.

Rates for City-Owned Parking Facilities

There may not be an attendant stationed at the Bronough Street entrance at all times, so visitors exiting the parking garage without a Kleman Plaza parking card must exit through the Duval Street exit (5th level).

There is limited handicapped parking available in the garage under City Hall. The entrance is on Duval St. between Pensacola Street and College Avenue and requires a handicapped permit. All handicapped persons parking under City Hall will be required to go to the 1st floor guard station before they can proceed.

From Kleman Plaza, visitors must walk up the beautifully paved walkway to the City Hall front entrance. This is the only entrance for visitors, and upon entering, visitors are required to stop at the Security desk to be processed for further access to the building.
