Neighborhood and Community Services
The Neighborhood and Community Services Department provides affordable housing strategies; housing rehabilitation and relocation activities; code enforcement for housing and property violations; human service, neighborhood service, animal service and senior service programs and assistance. Neighborhood and Community Services also manages the Senior Center, the Lincoln and Smith-Williams service centers, and the Animal Service Center.
