Customer Services
The following are just a few of the services the Customer Services Department provides:
Citizen Liaison Assistance - Customer Services staff act as the liaison for customers and the operating departments on issues that cross departmental lines of authority. Our office receives inquiries complaints and referrals from all sources (citizens, organizations, governmental agencies, private businesses and appointed and elected officials). We are responsible for reviewing inquiries, investigating complaints and offering recommendations for changes in service delivery, policies or procedures that adversely impact customer service.
Employees of the division also act as liaisons for the city commissioners, appointed officials and officials of other government agencies in resolving citizen issues.
891-CITY(891-2489) - Call the city's 24 hour service line to report non emergency city service related issues such as:
- City streets and right of ways in need of maintenance (i.e., potholes, street signs, etc.)
- Illegal dumping
- Abandoned vehicles
