Every month, City Utility customers receive their utility bill. Most of the time they simply look at the amount and pay it, but there is one other valuable publication inside. It is the Insight newsletter, a brochure chock-full of news from the City of Tallahassee. Below are the archived Insights in PDF form, available for your viewing even after you have paid your bill.
