STATEMENT OF ISSUE
The preliminary plat of Paeonia Place was approved by the Development Review Committee on September 25, 2006. The subdivision, planned as single-family residential, is being developed by Panhandle Building Services, Inc., a Florida corporation, as owner-in-fee-simple, with Jim Munroe as its representative. The subdivision lies within the City limits. It is bounded on the North, South, East, and West by unplatted land. Four Points Way, the street that splits this subdivision, is an existing Public Street. The subdivision contains 26.67 acres subdivided into one hundred and six (106) lots. The infrastructure within this subdivision is either complete at this time or the appropriate bonds have been issued. All roads, rights-of-way, sidewalk and utility and drainage easements, and stormwater pond, are being dedicated to the perpetual use of the public. The open spaces, and drainage easements as noted on plat, are being dedicated to the Paeonia Place Homeowners Association. The plat is in compliance with City and State law requirements.
