SUBJECT/TITLE: Approval of Subdivision Plat – Hartsfield Place Replat

STATEMENT OF ISSUE
The preliminary plat of Hartsfield Place Replat was approved by the Development Review Committee on June 8, 2009. The subdivision, planned as residential, zoned as single and two-family residential district (R-3) is being developed by Summer Lakes, LLC as owner-in-fee-simple. The subdivision lies within the City limits. It is bounded on the north and west by Summer Meadow Drive and Summer Meadow Place and on the south and east by Hartsfield Hills a recorded subdivision. This nine-lot subdivision contains 0.97 acres. There is no infrastructure associated with this subdivision. There are no roads to be dedicated and all easements are existing. The plat is in compliance with City and State law requirements.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Approve the Hartsfield Place Subdivision replat.
FISCAL IMPACT
There are no annual recurring maintenance costs associated with this subdivision.
