Tallahassee Regional Airport is committed to the safest airport operation standards possible. The Safety Management System (SMS) at TLH is an innovative, proactive and systematic approach to managing safety that is integral to all airport activities with the objective of achieving and maintaining the highest levels of safety standards and performance. TLH employees are the key resource to the success of the SMS. All airport employees are encouraged to the report any accidents, incidents and hazardous conditions and behaviors as soon as possible.
The SMS program at Tallahassee Regional Airport provides multiple ways to share safety information.
SMS at TLH is based upon guidance from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
